1. Controller

2. Account data

When you sign up we process your name, email address and password (stored only as a hash), plus technical session data, to provide and secure your account.

3. Onboarding answers

We use your questionnaire answers (role, industry, topics and keywords, exclusions, markets and languages, goal) and your source selection for relevance scoring.

These answers are visible to PressRadar admins so we can configure your workspace and support you.

4. Marketing consent

We only send marketing communication if you have given separate, optional consent. Consent is not required to use the service and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. API keys

API keys are shown once and stored on our side only as a cryptographic hash. You can revoke them at any time.

6. Collected article data

We collect publicly available data from news websites (e.g. headlines, text, publication dates, author information and public professional contact details), each with the page it came from. Email addresses are not guessed.

7. Your own workspace data

Notes, contacts, social profiles and interaction history that you or your AI agent store via MCP belong to your workspace and are not shared with other users.

8. Processing with Gemini (Google)

For relevance scoring and summaries we send article content and relevant profile information to Gemini, a Google service. Model-generated assessments are labelled. [Add contract, region and international transfer details].
